At Upscale Consignment, we take pride in the quality of our curated home furnishings and offer a 48-hour return window for store credit on eligible items. Due to the unique nature of consigned goods, all items must be returned in their original condition with the authenticating tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to request a Return Authorization Number and verify item eligibility.

  Prepare for Transport

  Securely wrap the furniture or decor item using the original packaging materials to prevent any damage during the return journey.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for professional white-glove transport or schedule a time to drop off the item at our showroom during regular business hours.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, a store credit will be issued to your account, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
